Thank you for visiting the Office of Adjudication's Docket Portal. To access a specific case, use the Navigation Portal to search for it. All hearing events can be found on the DEEP Adjudication's calendar hosted here.
Members of the public can "subscribe" to a case directly on the Case View Page and will be notified via email of all hearing events and docket filings for that case. Members of the public can submit public comments on the case page by accessing the Public Comments tab.
Petitions for Hearing, Requests for Hearing, and all subsequent filings must be filed through the Office of Adjudication's E-Filing System. For additional assistance with this docket portal or e-filing, please access the User Resources tab.
